Shipping Policy
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We are unable to hold or reserve wines without completed payment.
Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their shipping address before submitting an order. Eisele Vineyard is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. All shipments require an adult signature from someone 21 years of age or older. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
For secure and successful delivery, we strongly recommend shipping to a business address or a FedEx/UPS location. Eisele Vineyard orders ship via common carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or other qualified providers. Shipping fees include packaging materials designed to protect your wines in transit. If delivery cannot be completed after multiple carrier attempts, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, the customer is responsible for contacting the winery to arrange reshipment and for covering any additional shipping fees. To preserve the integrity of our wines, shipments may be delayed or held at our discretion due to extreme weather conditions, including heat or cold. During summer and winter months, we strongly recommend 2-Day Air or Overnight shipping to minimize transit time and protect your purchase.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Due to evolving direct-to-consumer shipping laws, we reserve the right to decline or cancel shipments to certain states. All wines are sold in California, and title transfers to the buyer in California. We arrange shipment on behalf of the buyer only when legally permissible and operationally feasible. If necessary, we may request an alternative compliant shipping address or recommend third-party storage solutions.
Return & Cancellation Policy
Given the limited nature of our production and the care required in handling our wines, the following policies are designed to preserve the integrity of each order while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Orders may be modified or canceled within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed for shipment. Beyond this period, all sales are considered final.
Should you have any concern regarding your order, we kindly invite you to contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt at wine@eiselevineyard.com. Each request will be reviewed with the utmost care and attention on a case-by-case basis.
Due to the nature of fine wine, we are unable to accept returns or offer replacements under the following circumstances:
• Personal taste preferences
• Improper storage conditions after delivery
• Damage occurring while in the customer’s possession
• Weather-related damage during transit when shipments are not sent via recommended expedited options (e.g., Overnight or 2-Day Air)
• Delays caused by carriers beyond our control
Once the wine has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer.
If a return is approved at the sole discretion of Eisele Vineyard, the wine must be returned in its original condition. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, less original shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees. Refunds are typically processed within five (5) business days following receipt of the returned merchandise.
Given the limited production of our wines, replacement bottles may not always be available. In such cases, we reserve the right to offer a comparable product or issue a refund.
